Author Carolyn Anderson and Reverend Jerry Farrell have created a Guidebook to be used in conjunction with a careful reading of The Evolutionary Testament of Co-Creation: The Promise Will Be Kept, by evolutionary pioneer Barbara Marx Hubbard.
The Guidebook’s purpose is to support the formation of small study groups (called Universal Pods) in coming together to explore the source material and collaborate around its meaning in greater depth.
Part One provides helpful information about the benefits of exploring the source material in a group setting. It also offers instructions about how to form a local Pod and how to facilitate group meetings. Additionally it provides some guidelines, ritual practices and sacred ceremonies that can help individuals establish a deeper internal connection with Spirit, as well as enhance group resonance within the Pod.
Part Two lays out a seven-week intentional course of contemplative study using material drawn directly from the source text. Each weekly line of inquiry includes a series of probative questions designed to aid participants in exploring the material more fully. The questions also invite participants to begin formulating their own higher vision for humanity’s future.
Part Three provides additional course material to enable each Pod (or individual) to explore the source text at a more leisurely pace, over an expanded period of time.
Part Four includes the appendix material, a glossary of important terms and a printable set of guidelines, practices and ceremonies for easy reference.
About the Authors
Barbara Marx Hubbard has been called “the voice for conscious evolution” by Deepak Chopra. As the subject of Neale Donald Walsch’s book, The Mother of Invention, many would agree Barbara is the world’s foremost global ambassador for conscious change.
At heart Barbara Marx Hubbard is a visionary, a social innovator. She thinks from an evolutionary perspective and believes that global change happens when we work collectively and selflessly for the greater good. She realizes that the lessons of evolution teach us that problems are evolutionary drivers and that crises precede transformation. This gives us a new way of seeing and responding to our global situation.
